Sharks Defeat Dustdevils, Move to 2-0

Lova Korpas seven minutes into the game. Later, at the 53:03 mark of the second half, sophomore
Alexa Bereczki found the back of the net again, scoring her third goal of the season and pushing the Sharks' lead to 2-0. NSU outshot the Dustdevils 14 to 5, with six of those shots on goal.

- Lova Korpas picked up right where she left off, scoring her second goal in as many games on a setup from Alexa Bereczki. The Sharks continued applying pressure the rest of the half, but kept their one-goal lead heading into the locker room.
- Eight minutes into the second half, Bereczki got past the Dustdevil defense and scored the Sharks' final goal, giving them a two-goal lead. The Sharks held the Dustdevils scoreless the rest of the way and secured their second win of the 2025 campaign.
The Sharks will prepare for a two-game road trip, as they travel to Mississippi College for a 3 pm tilt on Thursday, September 11.
